We are seeking experienced Course Instructors with a passion for rehabilitation science leadership and practice.

As an instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and interactive online courses, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and guiding participants towards successful completion of their courses.

Instruction will be fully online, but applicants should be residents of British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality course content in alignment with course objectives.
  • Facilitate online discussions, and Q&A discussions to enhance participant understanding.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on discussions and assignments.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation.
  • Incorporate relevant updates into course materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an instructor or facilitator in a clinical practice or in academia.
  • Expertise in rehabilitation sciences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technologically proficient, with the ability to navigate UBC’s online learning platform (Canvas).
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Resident of British Columbia

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in rehabilitation sciences or related fields.
  • Licensed and registered health professional in Canada.
